Postura Project - Day 29
Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day and even Lenten season passed by yet I haven’t got a hold of myself to finish my looooooong overdue Postura Project. The good thing about this time of the year is, having extra hours to sort out your files at brother’s computer before its scheduled formatting and with a snap of a finger, I finally found some decent outfit shots. Also, with a little pressure about your birthday coming in a few days.

SM GTW dress| Thrifted jacket, bag and pumps

I remember receiving a text from my boss saying it’s time to step up and go forward in the “Ladder of Success”. Though it’s not quite related to blogging but I use it as my motivation to start posting again. It just means that if I really want to be successful in this business, I need to keep updating my blog and not to be stagnant, staying in the same place as before.

Anyhow, I went to Azta Urban Salon Eastwood Branch before work for monthly haircut. Y’all already know that I’m very obsessed with the crowning glory. I’ve tried different hairstyles from short to long cut hair, full bangs to side swept bangs name it. I’ll never get tired of finding the perfect cut for my hair.

Haircut like a boss! :P

I’m back with a bang as well. Say hello to my newly dyed hair! I’m now embracing the Ombre trend and getting a lot of positive feedbacks. They even said I look like Charice Pempengco somehow. Hooray for a successful experiment. I’ve had a hard time choosing for the colors since “blonde” is not advisable for dark skin and I prove them wrong. Kidding aside, what can you say about my new hairstyle? :)
YengChong (Yeng + Enchong) 1st year anniversary
Time flies so fast we didn’t realize that it’s almost a year ago when YengChong was first founded. In my observation (and correct me if I’m wrong), a fan group usually starts when an artist was paired up to another artist making them a love team but it’s different on YengChong’s case.

It all started with this picture. *blush*

Then, there was YengChong, and the rest is history.

Well, I really don’t know what happened after that because I just joined the group recently and I don’t watch TV that often (or I never watch TV at all) ever since I work on a night shift schedule. Even weekends esp. on a Sunday afternoon where we can watch them both perform together with the other artists of ABS-CBN, I just sleep all day.
Aside from being a sleepyhead, I’m also a big eater, I know it shows on my size, right? Although, I don’t post any of my food trips, doesn’t necessarily means that I can’t show you bits of what I eat on events I’m attending to. (See, GRR SPA-RTY)

How can I resist grabbing a bite if we’re talking about pizzas *drooling*,

… and the rest of my favorites were also included on the menu.

Next thing we did was the photo opportunity.

In times like this, photo ops are very, very important! Haha. So, you can show it to your friends afterwards, in case they don’t believe you.

Caught off guard. Enchong here telling me something unbelievable and my reaction was “Seryoso ka ba??” (Are you serious??)

Fishy pose failed but he still looks cute though! :D

After the photo op, Enchong showed us his dancing skills again, uhm… I mean singing.

“Dahil wala si Yeng, ako muna ang kakanta!” (“Because Yeng’s not around, I’ll be the one to sing!”)

I bet he’ll still sing even if Yeng’s here. Nyehehe

Singing his heart out.

Despite your busy schedule, still you gave a little bit of your time just to chitchat with us. You never fail to make us smile just by your mere presence. I can’t wait to spend a day with you and meet Yeng as well!

And because of that, I have a quote worth sharing for “A moment lasts all of a second, but the memory lives on forever.” :)
Photobombers.
Look how crazy and goofy we were last Sunday at the YengChong 1st anniversary party. What started out as photobombers turned out to be a star magic photoshoot catalogue (kidding!). We also have for printouts and posters and even for drama-novela as well, so don’t be surprised if you’ll see us posing like models here!

P.S. These pictures are not mine so I’ll leave the rest to the owners. That’s it for now, hope y’all enjoying your weekends as much as I do.
Postura Project - Day 28
Had fun last September 8 during the YengChong (Yeng and Enchong) 1st year anniversary. Sorry for the mumble jumbled events on my homepage, I just can’t blog all of them in the same time especially if you come back home very late afterwards. Haha. For those who are wondering how YengChong started, hmmmm, to tell you honestly, I don’t know. I only got my invitation from Timah but does it matter? I mean, c’mon, as long as we love them both together and they have us supporting them, there will always be YengChong.

Animo La Salle shirt| Rina Buu shorts| Thrifted wedge

As much as I hate to go out on weekends, blog worthy events such as are very hard to resist. Aside from the fact that it makes you happy, you’re enjoying it with your friends. You also got the chance to see fresh faces and meet new acquaintances.

Wore this shirt so Enchong Dee can recognize it but he noticed my headband instead. As you know that Enchong studied Political Science in De La Salle University, the school which my shirt represents. An1mo meaning keeping the school spirit up no matter what. Although, I went to a different school, I wanted to be a LaSallian since whenever and DLSU will always have a special place in my heart. Do you agree with me guys? :)
Bench Universe 2012: Denim and Underwear Fashion Show
Attended the second leg of Bench Universe 2012: Denim and Underwear Fashion Show last September 13 & 14 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena who celebrated 25th silver anniversary of the brand.

T’was my first time to watch a fashion show courtesy of Bench and too bad I missed almost half of the opening.

I love the pegs and costumes! You can see how much effort they exerted in every segment. Each segment represents the top Filipino Designers who also made this show possible.

So, going back to the people who made me scream like’s there no tomorrow except for Enchong Dee whom I never had a chance to see on the runway (but of course, how can I forget him?).

Kim Chui, another thinspiration! Dreamt of having a body like her!

Woah. Look who’s here. It’s the America’s Next Top Model British Invasion Winner Sophie.

Allison Harvard was also present in the event.

I admit! It’s Paolo Avelino who completed my night! He’s a hottie. Nyahaha.

Coco Martin.

Jake Cuenca.

Queen Lovi Poe.

Joseph Marco.

Gorgeous Georgina Wilson.

Jessy Mendiola.

Karylle.

Kathryn Bernardo.

Regine Angeles.

Julia Montes.

And the show ended with a bang! Oh, Did I mention Far East Movement? They’re the group behind the hit songs Rocketeer and Like a G6.

Congratulations to Bench and the whole crew! :)
